In 2020, I made a decision that changed my life—I started to build something I truly believed in.
I didn't have a grand plan, just a deep frustration with the lack of real career guidance for Indian students. How many of us have actually received advice from someone who understands our challenges? Why were we still relying on tests designed for the West, ignoring the realities of students here?
What started as an idea turned into a journey spanning four years. I've had over 5,000 one-on-one interactions with students, worked with 57 educational institutes across five states, and hosted more than 3,000 live sessions. More than 20,000 students have attempted the test we created.
Every conversation, every session, every student I met reinforced one simple truth—our young minds deserve better.
Our Mission
That's why I built Simplereed with one goal in mind: to make career guidance accessible, unbiased, and truly relevant.
Every question, every scoring method, every piece of content—it's all been made open for the community. I don't believe career guidance should be a privilege.
My hope is that educators, mentors, and students will continue refining this test, making it better, more inclusive, and more impactful for those who need it the most.
With this step, the mission remains the same—to build something meaningful, something that outlives us all.
I may have started this alone, but this journey has never been just mine. It belongs to every student, every mentor, and every dreamer who refuses to settle.
Let's keep building.
